Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people.
- Assist young people with daily living tasks, education, and personal development goals.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with young people, particularly those in care or facing difficulties.

- Patience, resilience, and a non-judgmental approach.
- Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures related to children and young people.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties as required in Plymouth .
