Youth Club Worker & Activity Leader

Neath Port Talbot Council is hiring a Youth Club Worker to deliver engaging activities and support for young people aged 11–24. You will work from a fixed youth club location, developing safe and fun programmes while completing required paperwork and safeguarding duties.

The role offers a 2–4 hours per week timetable, a permanent contract, and a strong development path including funded Level 2 and Level 3 Youth Work qualifications within 12–24 months, with comprehensive pension and benefits.
