Youth County Lines Case Worker

Catch22 Merseyside is seeking a dedicated youth worker to provide end-to-end support for a caseload of young people involved in County Lines and their families. A car and full driving licence are required.

You will assess risks, manage safeguarding procedures, and tailor interventions to individual needs while collaborating with partner agencies to ensure safe, effective care and smooth transitions.
