Youth Development & Community Catalyst

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Youth and Community Development Worker for the Future4Me team in Lincolnshire. The role supports young people aged 8–18, delivering and evaluating youth clubs and activities across varied locations with a strength-based approach.

The position is part-time (18.5 hours/week) with evenings and weekend elements, and requires a full UK driving license. The salary is pro rata (£30,024–£32,597 full-time equivalent) with interviews planned in September 2026.
