Youth Employment Coach - Hybrid & Flexible

Derby City Council is recruiting a Supported Employment Officer to manage a caseload of 16-24 year olds with complex barriers, providing intensive one-to-one employment support and removing obstacles to gain access to opportunities.

You will work within the Derby Jobs Employment and Skills Hub, collaborating with partners and employers to create a supportive pathway that builds confidence and independence, leading young people towards sustainable employment.
