Youth Empowerment Mentor - Education & Employment Support

Essex County Council is seeking a Targeted Youth Adviser to support young people at risk of disengaging from employment, education and training. Based in Chelmsford, you will provide impartial guidance and intensive mentoring to enable progression into post-16 opportunities within a multi-agency framework.

The role requires knowledge of education provision, strong communication, and the ability to work flexibly across partner services, with a drive to improve outcomes for young people.
