Youth Engagement & Safeguarding Lead

South Thames College is seeking a Youth Worker to join the Student Support team. You will deliver and coordinate activities for students aged 16–19, supporting their engagement in college life and wider society.

You will use strong IT and communication skills to record services, work with staff and external partners, and uphold safeguarding responsibilities within a proactive, supportive team.
