Youth Housing Support Coordinator

Rock Trust is seeking a Project Worker for our Housing First for Youth project based in Lochgelly. You will work with young people aged 16-25 to coordinate emotional and practical support to prevent homelessness while promoting independent living.

You will assess needs, develop person-centred support plans, coordinate services, maintain case notes and contribute to service development. A UK driving license and willingness to travel are required.
