Youth Mental Health Practitioner — Shape Futures in Schools

Compass is recruiting a qualified Mental Health Practitioner to support children and young people in educational settings across Central & West Lancashire. You will use therapeutic approaches such as CBT or solution-focused techniques and work closely with schools, families and partners to build early intervention pathways.

We are looking for a compassionate, collaborative professional who can assess mental health, manage risk and communicate effectively with multi-agency teams.
