Youth Mentor: Empowering Teens to Thrive

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a permanent full-time Youth Mentor for 37 hours per week to work across Preston & South Ribble. The role focuses on building relationships, mentoring young people aged 11-19 (up to 25 with vulnerabilities), and delivering targeted support to help them overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.

You will work face-to-face, travel across districts, and hold a JNC qualification for Youth and Community Workers (or be working towards it).
