Youth Outreach Tutor (Unqualified Teacher)

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Outreach Worker / Unqualified Teacher to join an Alternative Provision serving Colne and East Lancashire. The role focuses on relationship-building, re-engagement, and delivering functional learning for pupils aged 11-16+ with SEMH and other barriers.

This temp-to-perm position requires adaptability, empathy, and resilience. Driving licence is essential for community outreach across the Colne area; training in trauma-informed approaches is a plus.
