Youth Pastor & Programme Leader (FT/PT)

HTB Group is looking for a passionate Youth Pastor to lead and deliver our youth ministry, while pastoring young people and supporting the youth team. The role can be full-time or 21 hours part-time, with a salary of £28,000.

Responsibilities include planning weekly programmes, developing spaces, delivering events, recruiting and training the team, and building community links. The benefits package supports wellbeing and work-life balance.
