Youth Project Leader: Climate & Community Action

RJ Working is looking for a Young People’s Project Worker to support youth-led project developments in Mid Cornwall, especially Redruth, Newquay and Camborne.

The successful candidate will work with young people, schools, colleges and community partners to support climate and nature conversations, youth-led events and community action.

This role helps develop confidence, communication, teamwork and restorative skills in young people to empower communities.
