Youth Residential Support Worker – Calm Guidance & Growth

PeopleRe is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Lewes area. The role offers £29,500 per year plus £60 for each sleep-in, working full-time 40 hours.

You must be aged 22+, hold a full UK driving licence, and be able to work a residential rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. A Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification is encouraged.

You will help young people with daily activities, support their return to education and build trust through consistent, calm care.
