Youth Street Outreach Specialist

Homeless Link's New Horizon Youth Centre in London is seeking an Outreach Worker to support hundreds of young people who are street homeless or at risk, delivering a holistic service across the capital and helping them access accommodation and the day centre.

The role involves twice weekly street-based outreach with very early mornings (from 5am) and late evenings (until 1am), plus registrations, assessments, advocacy, and collaboration with partners to move young people toward independence.
