Youth Substance Use Outreach Specialist

Barnardo's Cymru is seeking a proactive Project Worker 2 to join the Cyfle Children and Young People\'s Substance Use Service, delivering Tier 3 interventions and early help for children and young people affected by substance use across Denbighshire and Conwy.

The role involves one-to-one and group sessions, risk assessment, care planning and collaboration with schools, health, social care and youth services to reduce harm and improve wellbeing.
