Youth Support Coach (Bank) - Flexible Shifts

Nova Care Group is recruiting Support Workers to help young people on paths that prioritize safety and wellbeing. You will be a role model, coach and mentor, using de-escalation skills to create a secure environment even in challenging moments.

Experience with young people is helpful but not essential. We offer flexible bank shifts, a thorough induction, and opportunities to progress into permanent roles within our specialist care environment.
