Youth Support Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Support Coordinator to join their team in Leeds . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging programmes and activities for young people aged 11-18.
• Provide one-to-one mentoring and support to young people facing personal or social challenges.
• Facilitate workshops on topics such as life skills, career exploration, and mental wellbeing.
• Liaise with schools, parents, and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support for young people.
• Maintain accurate records of engagement and progress.
• Utilise remote communication tools to coordinate outreach and follow-up with young people and their families.

Requirements

• Experience working with young people in a formal or informal education setting, youth work, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and common youth issues.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young people.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and record-keeping.
