Youth Support Worker: Empower Safe Futures (Day)

Depaul UK is hiring a Young People Support Worker (Day) for our service in Durham. You will empower residents in supported accommodation, helping them develop life skills, resilience, and progress in education, training, employment and wellbeing.

Using an assets-based, psychologically informed approach, you will create SMART support plans, complete risk assessments, respond to incidents, and work with colleagues and external agencies to keep residents safe and supported at night.
