Youth Support Worker — Empower Semi-Independent Living

Brook Street in Bristol & Gloucestershire is seeking a Youth Support Worker to assist young people aged 16-18+ in semi-independent living settings. You will deliver key-work sessions, support daily living tasks, and promote education, health, and independent living skills.
