Youth Support Worker: Mental Health & Life Skills

Rotherwood is recruiting Youth Support Workers in Burnley to support young people aged 16-18, many with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours, helping them transition into independent living.

You will provide emotional and practical support, de-escalate behaviours, assist with life-skills, budgeting, education, and maintain detailed logs and support plans to ensure safe, person-centered care.
