Youth Support Worker: Residential & Community

Prospero Teaching Newcastle Health & Social Care is seeking a dedicated care worker to support children and young people in residential settings and in the community. You will work with a minimum staffing ratio of 2:1 to ensure safety and high-quality care.

The role requires strong attention to detail for daily notes, safeguarding, personal care, routines, and activities. DBS assistance is available, drivers are preferred, and a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification is desirable.
