Youth Work Team Lead — Hospital Project (Flexible Hours)

Essex County Council is seeking a Youth Work Team Leader for the Hospital Project in Basildon. You will lead a team delivering youth support to young people aged 11–19 (up to 25 with SEND) in hospital settings and in the community.

The role involves coordinating activities across A&E, clinics, schools and home visits, maintaining records, and ensuring safeguarding and GDPR compliance while supporting staff development and service improvement.
