Youth Worker: One-to-One SEND Support in School

Vision for Education are seeking an experienced Youth Worker to support students with Autism, Learning difficulties, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs in a primary and secondary setting in West Bromwich.

The role involves one-to-one support, building rapport to help students attend and thrive, and following teacher guidance while handling conflicts. Working hours are 8:30–15:30, Monday to Friday, term time only for the full academic year.
