We're looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our team as Bank Staff General Assistants , supporting our busy periods, parties, weekends, school holidays, and special events.
Position Overview
As a Bank Staff General Assistant , you'll play a key role in helping the centre run smoothly. This flexible, casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to different tasks, including café operations, customer service, and party hosting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting with café operations, including food preparation, coffee making, serving customers, and operating the till.
- Serving food and drinks efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Hosting children's parties and helping to ensure special celebrations run smoothly.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the play centre and café.
- Tidying play areas, resetting tables, and supporting the overall presentation of the venue.
- Assisting children and families where needed to enhance their visit.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and available to work shifts as required, including weekdays, weekends, school holidays, and occasional evenings.

- Previous experience in leisure / hospitality environment is welcomed
