We're recruiting a Group Quality Manager for a growing UK manufacturing organisation with ambitious plans to increase turnover from £40m to £150m. This Quality Manager position will lead Quality across three UK sites, creating a consistent, scalable approach to quality, compliance and customer assurance.

The successful Group Quality Manager will be responsible for Quality strategy, OEM compliance, customer quality performance and the ongoing development of a robust Quality Management System across the business. This is a high-profile Quality Manager role with visibility across the leadership team and significant influence on future business performance.

The Role: As Group Quality Manager you will:
• Lead and develop the Quality strategy across three UK sites.
• Own and continuously improve the Group Quality Management System.
• Lead customer audits, OEM approvals and quality escalations.
• Drive CAPA effectiveness, Right First Time performance and cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop Quality capability, systems and leadership throughout the business.
• Create one consistent Quality standard across multiple sites.

The ideal Quality Manager will have:
• Multi-site Quality leadership experience.
• Manufacturing, engineering or industrial sector experience.
• Strong OEM customer exposure.
• Quality Management System ownership experience.
• Expertise in ISO9001, CAPA, 8D, FMEA and SPC.
• A proven track record of leading quality improvement and organisational change.
