Office location: Coventry or Leeds (covering projects nationally)

Remuneration: £57,000 - £62,500 + bonus tbc

The role of the Operations Manager – Resin Flooring will involve:

* Operations Manager position dealing with resin flooring packages across the industrial and commercial sectors.

* Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of resin and industrial flooring projects.

* Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.

* Lead and manage site and project teams, driving productivity, quality, safety and performance.

* Monitor project costs, programme and profitability, identifying and resolving operational issues.

* Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service and supporting repeat business.

The ideal applicant will be Operations Manager – Resin Flooring with:

* Must have experience in a construction management, operations, contracts or project management role

* Must have experience in resin flooring, epoxy flooring, industrial flooring, screeding, concrete preparation, specialist coatings etc

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels

* Confident and articulate
