Location: Bolton
Salary: Up to £29,000 DOE + Monthly Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.

Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally.

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure shipments run smoothly.

Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information.

*

Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a first-class experience.

Using internal systems to manage bookings, track shipments, and process customer requests.

Identifying solutions and taking ownership of customer queries from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys helping people and isn't afraid to take ownership.

You'll ideally have:

Outstanding customer service skills (essential).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems.

A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn.

Great problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

The ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Experience within transport, freight forwarding, or logistics is advantageous but not essential.
