The Opportunity

You'll be leading a team responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while proactively managing and nurturing customer relationships. Working closely with internal sales and operational teams, you'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Relationship Executives.

* Create a positive, motivated, and high-performing team culture.

* Drive performance through regular coaching, one-to-ones, and KPI management.

* Ensure customers receive an outstanding experience across both inbound and outbound interactions.

* Manage escalated customer enquiries and deliver effective resolutions.

* Work closely with internal departments to maximise customer retention and account growth.

* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service excellence.

* Recruit, mentor, and develop future talent within the business.

About You

We're keen to speak with experienced leaders from customer service, contact centre, client services, account management, or customer relationship backgrounds who can bring energy, positivity, and a passion for developing people.

You'll ideally have:

* Previous experience managing a customer-facing team.

* A proven track record of coaching, motivating, and developing successful teams.

* Experience working within a KPI-driven environment.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

* Commercial awareness and CRM experience.

* The ability to inspire others and lead from the front.
