SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 5 years experience as a strong generalist human resources experience gained in multi-country European environments.
· Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
· Deep understanding of UK employment legislation with practical exposure to Ireland, Germany and France highly desirable.
· Proven capability managing employee relations matters in multiple jurisdictions.
· Experience implementing talent, succession, performance and leadership frameworks.
· Experience working within a global matrix organisation and balancing regional needs with global requirements.
· Demonstrated capability driving organisational change and improving leadership effectiveness.
· Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to constructively challenge leaders.
· Commercial business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into people solutions.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to thrive in a growth-oriented environment with evolving structures and processes.
· Experience working in regulated industries or international organisations highly regarded
