We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing company in Romsey for a hands-on Customer Service Supervisor. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll lead a small team of two, work closely with senior managers and play a key role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The Role

As Customer Service Supervisor, you'll lead from the front, balancing day-to-day team management with a hands-on approach to customer service and administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and supporting a small customer service team.
• Managing workloads to ensure excellent service levels are consistently achieved.
• Handling customer enquiries professionally by phone and email.
• Processing orders accurately and resolving delivery and order-related queries.
• Monitoring KPIs and SLAs to drive team performance and continuous improvement.
• Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure processes run efficiently.
• Managing a wide range of administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
• Identifying problems, finding practical solutions and keeping things moving.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll already have supervisory experience within a customer service environment and be confident leading, coaching and motivating a team.
