Assistant Management Accountant – Swinton – Hybrid - Up to £43,000 + Benefits

We are looking to recruit to the role of Assistant Management Accountant looking after direct costs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and analyse direct costs by scheme for inclusion in Service Charge Accounts.
* Complete regular bank and treasury reconciliations and support effective cash management.
* Work with the Customer Team to reconcile void recharges and analyse performance against budget.
* Produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentary.
* Support budgeting, forecasting and detailed cash flow reporting.
* Liaise with budget holders and other departments to resolve queries and provide financial insight.
* Assist with statutory accounts, year-end audit and rent ledger reconciliations.
* Investigate banking discrepancies and unidentified transactions.
* Maintain accurate financial records, processes and reporting.
* Support the wider Finance team with ad hoc duties as required.
