1:1 & 2:1 SEND Support Worker – Home & Community

Vincere Healthcare is seeking a Caring Children’s Special Needs Support Worker to provide 1:1 and 2:1 support for children with SEND, including autism, both at home and in community settings. You will follow care plans, promote safety and independence, and work with families and professionals to deliver compassionate care.

Applicants should be patient, reliable and excellent communicators, able to adapt to daily routines and participate in outdoor activities as required.
