The role

Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil Supporting the child's academic, social, and emotional development Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team to ensure positive outcomes Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence in learning Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environmentThe ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with primary-aged children Have experience providing 1:1 support or supporting pupils with additional needs Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills Be committed to helping children achieve their full potentialThis is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to make a meaningful difference to a Year 1 pupil while working within a supportive and highly successful school community
