French Speaking 1st Line NOC Engineer​

Full Training Provided – No Technical Experience Required​

We’re looking for a French Speaking 1st Line NOC Engineer to join our growing team, supporting our French customer base across a range of technical services and connectivity solutions.​

No previous technical or IT experience is required.​

What matters most is your ability to communicate confidently in German, provide excellent customer service, stay calm under pressure, and have a willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop the technical skills needed to succeed in the role.​

What You’ll Be Doing​

As the first point of contact for our French customers, you will:​

Provide friendly and professional support in French and English​​

Help customers by answering queries and guiding them through basic troubleshooting steps ​

Monitor systems and respond to alerts or incidents quickly ​

*

Investigate issues and gather information to identify possible causes ​

*

Escalate more complex technical problems to specialist engineers when required ​

*

Keep customers updated throughout the resolution process ​

*

Ensure all incidents are logged accurately and managed within agreed service levels ​

*

Build your technical knowledge through ongoing training and development ​

Fluent French and English (spoken and written) ​
