3D Modeler

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and imaginative 3D Modeler to join their creative studio in Bradford . You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets for a range of exciting projects, from character models and environments to props and architectural visualizations. Working within a collaborative team, you will transform concepts and designs into detailed, game-ready or production-ready 3D models. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an artist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for 3D art to contribute to visually stunning projects and grow within a supportive studio environment that values artistic craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed and optimized 3D models based on concept art, blueprints, and client specifications.
• Sculpt, retopologize, UV unwrap, and texture models to a high standard.
• Collaborate with the art director and other team members to ensure consistency in style and quality.
• Participate in asset review sessions, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established 3D asset pipelines and workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Modeler with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in character, environment, or prop modeling.
• Expertise in industry-standard 3D modeling software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, or Substance Painter.
• Strong understanding of polygon modeling , UV mapping, texturing, and PBR workflows.
• Ability to interpret and execute designs based on technical briefs and artistic direction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work effectively within a team in a studio setting.
