Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the deployment of 5G network elements, including base stations, core network components, and associated infrastructure.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new 5G installations, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
• Manage vendors and contractors involved in the deployment process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during network rollout and initial operation phases.
• Optimise 5G network parameters to enhance user experience, capacity, and spectral efficiency.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate 5G solutions with existing network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile network deployment, with a strong focus on 5G technologies .
• Solid understanding of radio access network (RAN) principles, including small cells, macro sites, and antenna systems.
• Experience with 5G core network architecture (e.g., SA, NSA) and related technologies.
• Familiarity with RF planning tools, network monitoring systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex deployment projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in mobile communications or network engineering are advantageous.
