Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and integration of 5G network elements, including base stations, core network components, and transport infrastructure.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, site surveys, and integration procedures for 5G rollout projects.
• Collaborate with vendor teams and internal engineering groups to resolve technical issues during deployment and testing phases.
• Perform system testing, performance tuning, and optimization of the 5G network to meet service level agreements.
• Ensure adherence to network design specifications, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field operations teams and other stakeholders involved in the 5G deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile network deployment and implementation, with specific expertise in 5G technologies .
• Strong understanding of RAN (Radio Access Network) and Core Network architecture for 4G/5G.
• Familiarity with network protocols, virtualization technologies (NFV/SDN), and cloud-native principles.
• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization tools.
• Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., vendor-specific 5G certifications) are highly desirable.
