Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure 5G core network elements and RAN (Radio Access Network) components.
• Optimize 5G network performance, capacity, and coverage through detailed analysis and tuning.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to 5G connectivity, data throughput, and service delivery.
• Stay abreast of the latest 5G technologies, standards, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams on technology integration and new feature deployments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for 5G network architecture and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related telecommunications field.
• Proven experience in mobile network engineering, with a specific focus on 5G technologies.
• Deep understanding of 5G core network architecture (e.g., SA, NSA), RAN principles, and relevant protocols.
• Experience with network simulation, performance testing, and optimization tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-native principles and virtualization technologies (NFV/SDN) in a 5G context.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
