Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage 5G network components, including RAN, core, and transport layers.
• Monitor network performance, identify and resolve issues related to 5G services and technologies.
• Develop and implement optimisation strategies to enhance network capacity and user experience.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to evaluate and integrate new 5G technologies and solutions.
• Contribute to the development of network security policies and best practices for 5G environments.
• Stay current with industry standards, trends, and advancements in mobile network technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in mobile network engineering, with a specific focus on 5G technologies .
• Deep understanding of RAN, Core Network architecture, and signalling protocols (e.g., LTE, NR, SIP).
• Experience with network simulation and performance analysis tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-native principles and containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
