Account Executive - B2B Sales

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join their growing sales team in Aberdeen . You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the B2B market. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting and inbound marketing responses.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective client onboarding and post-sales support.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales , preferably within a similar industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
