Identifying opportunities for cost savings, service enhancements and increased efficiency within client travel programmes.

Managing the commercial aspects of accounts, including contract value, income streams, billing and renewals.

Working closely with Sales, Implementation and wider internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve client issues.

Representing the business professionally across the UK and Netherlands.

About You

You'll ideally have:

Native or professional-level Dutch and English.

Proven account management or high-level customer service experience within the travel industry, ideally corporate travel/TMC.

Experience managing and developing complex, multi-level client relationships.

Strong account planning and relationship management skills.

Experience using CRM systems and interpreting MI, business intelligence and performance data.

A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and additional revenue.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the confidence to work independently.

Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

A proactive, client-focused approach and a genuine commitment to getting things done.
