Account Manager Sales Executive

Job Description

Market 36 Recruitment are currently for an Internal Sales Advisor on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Colchester a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be a key part of the company’s dynamic sales team, supporting customers and driving sales growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responding to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and trade partners

• Providing product advice and quotations

• Processing orders and managing customer accounts

• Supporting external sales teams with lead generation and follow-ups.

• Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system

Experience, education & qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (B2B preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

• A proactive, can-do attitude with a team-focused mindset
