About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join their thriving sales division in Birmingham . This role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our client's innovative solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their value from our services. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to foster long-term, profitable partnerships within the West Midlands region, contributing to sustained revenue streams and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and present relevant solutions.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer success role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
- A proactive approach to identifying client needs and proposing effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
