Accounts Assistant - Hybrid with Training & Career Progression

Randstad Construction and Property in Croydon is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a hybrid basis to join a successful, award-winning accounting team. This 6-month FTC role offers extensive training, study support (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) and clear progression opportunities.

You will manage a defined portfolio, perform year-end tasks, reconcile ledgers and support audits. The role requires strong double-entry bookkeeping knowledge, experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
