JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Assistant

LOCATION: Ashford, Kent (3 days WFH)

SALARY: £14.50ph

HOURS: 8.30am to 5pm, M-F (3pm finish on a Friday!)

Our client is a leader in its sector and you will be based in modern offices close to the M20 offering an excellent working environment. This role is working as a part of a large Finance team where you will be supported in your role, once trained you also have the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week with an early 3pm finish on a Friday!

This is a temporary starting immediately for 6 months, however there could be further opportunities.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

Processing accounts payable invoices, verifying receipt of goods/services Matching purchase orders and approvals Ensuring accurate coding to cost centres, including cost allocation if necessary Processing expense reports Preparing, processing and reconciling bank payments Reconciling Accounts Payable to the General Ledger Providing documentation and support during annual financial statement audits Preparing of monthly cost reports Other accounts duties as requiredWe'd love to speak to candidates who:
