Admin Scheduler - Band 3
Location:Portadown
Salary: £13.69 per hour
Hours: 14.48 hours per week
Duration: Temporary, 3 months
Working Pattern: Part-Time, Monday & Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Apple Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Admin Scheduler (Band 3) on behalf of a public sector organisation based in Portadown.
The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating repairs, scheduling appointments and supporting the delivery of maintenance services to tenants.
Key Duties
- Accurately diagnose and record maintenance repairs reported by Housing Executive tenants.
Triage customer calls and establish appropriate work orders for issue to DLO operatives.
Schedule and reschedule appointments to meet customer and business requirements.
Monitor repairs information and track progress against agreed deadlines.
Follow up on repairs and jobs that have exceeded agreed deadlines.
Correlate repairs data and monitor the progress of outstanding work.
Communicate and liaise effectively with customers, DLO Supervisors, the NIHE CSU Unit and other internal and external stakeholders.
Support the effective delivery of DLO maintenance services.
Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the relevant schedule of rates.
Complete all work accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.
Ensure work is completed within agreed timescales and in line with relevant contract KPIs.
Take an active and positive role within the team and contribute towards achieving business objectives.
Use a wide range of IT systems to record, manage, create, analyse and retrieve repairs information.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to repairs and appointments.
Undertake other duties appropriate to the role as required.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must demonstrate:
- 5 years' or more relevant experience.
Advanced IT proficiency.
Experience and knowledge relevant to the duties outlined within the job description.
Ability to accurately diagnose and record repair requests.
Experience of scheduling and coordinating appointments.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to liaise effectively with customers and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to analyse, manage and retrieve information using a range of IT systems.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
Access NI Basic clearance is required and candidates must be Access NI cleared prior to taking up appointment.
