Job Description

Prime Space Midlands Ltd is a growing commercial property management business with a small, hands-on team. We are looking for someone who wants to become genuinely involved in the business rather than simply complete a set list of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with the director and have the opportunity to take ownership of areas of responsibility as the company grows.

Here is an interesting part-time opportunity where you will work closely with other team members, have genuine responsibility, work across different areas of a growing business and have the opportunity to develop your role.

This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, intrinsically motivated, commercially minded, social media savvy and capable of handling multiple projects within a specified timeframe. You will have the responsibilities of managing our social media presence, research and investigation into materials when we are undertaking a development project, assisting other members of the team in all tasks asked of you and maintaining stock levels of consumables.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and continually improve our social media presence

• Keep internal management systems updated

• Manage appointments and diaries

• Contribute to our evolving advertising strategy

• Digitizing and keeping up to date existing management systems

• Subscription management and consolidation

• Liaise with team members on projects and tenant enquiries/queries

• Assist the team with administrative work

• Managing stock levels of consumables

• Research and purchasing

No two days will be the same, and this role is suitable for someone who enjoys variety and wants more responsibility than a traditional administrative position.

Skills

Essential

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Good written and verbal communication

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities

• Experience with Social Media management

• A practical, proactive approach to problem solving

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Desirable

• Previous administrative experience

• Experience using spreadsheets/data-entry systems

• Experience in property, business administration or a similar environment
