Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team in Wolverhampton , operating under a hybrid work model. This role is crucial for supporting the daily operations of the office, managing communications, and ensuring a smooth workflow between on-site and remote team members. Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and make necessary travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence , including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems .
- Provide general administrative support to various departments and team members.
- Facilitate communication between on-site and remote staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills .
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, managing tasks effectively both in-office and remotely.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further administrative qualifications are beneficial.
