About the Role
Our client is seeking a diligent and adaptable Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to their operations department in Belfast . This role involves a mix of in-office and remote responsibilities, focusing on streamlining operational processes and ensuring smooth workflow. You will handle a variety of tasks including data entry, document management, coordinating departmental schedules, and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in various company databases and systems.
- Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems for operational documents.
- Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings, both in-person and virtual.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other operational documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team, responding to queries and requests.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth running of the department's administrative functions.
Requirements
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing office-based and remote work.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
